1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing betum at betum.vu, registering an account, or using any feature of the betum platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, online poker, deposits, and withdrawals — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use betum.

These Terms apply to all users of betum in the Philippines. They are written in English as the primary language of the platform and are intended to be read in full before account creation.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use a betum account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

betum reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal access.

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each person may hold only one betum account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If betum detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keeping your betum username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that occurs on your betum account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying betum immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

betum will never ask for your password or OTP code via email, chat, or social media. Any message claiming to be from betum that requests your credentials should be treated as fraudulent.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on betum are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Supported payment methods include Philippine bank transfers, online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

• betum does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals to accounts not in your name will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be approved.
• betum reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.

5 Betting, Gaming, and Platform Use

betum offers sports betting, live casino, online slots, eBingo, and online poker. All real money gaming activity on betum is in PHP. By using any game or betting feature on betum, you acknowledge:

• Gaming and betting involve financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit.

Use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage on betum is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on betum:

• Using betum for any purpose that is illegal under Philippine law or applicable regulations.
• Attempting to launder money or use betum to conceal the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering or using a betum account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the betum platform for financial gain.
• Accessing betum using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your betum account to any other person.

betum reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, with forfeiture of any remaining balance in cases of fraud or illegal activity.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Use of prohibited software or exploitation of platform errors.

You may also close your betum account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining PHP balance (after pending verification and withdrawal processing) will be returned to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet, subject to betum's standard withdrawal process.

10 Changes to These Terms

betum may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of betum after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using betum and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of betum should first be directed to betum support at [email protected] for resolution. betum aims to handle all account and payment disputes fairly and promptly.

betum does not make any representations or warranties regarding the availability of the platform in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. The platform is intended for use by Filipino players in the Philippines.
